Short self-help book promoting the conscious effort to start the day with a routine of positive activities like meditation, exercise, affirmations, visualisations, writing, reading. It’s a bit loud and repetitive, but the main idea is interesting and worth trying. The sentence "personal development is a prerequisite to attracting success" stuck with me especially. It makes sense to devote a bigger chunk of time to self-improvement. The book could have been a short essay, though. No need for 100 pages explaining the suggested routine and its benefits over and over again.
