A very light read about the advantages of barefoot running, containing lots of tips and tricks on how and why to transition. Main take-aways include relaxing the shoulders, looking forward not down, land with the ball of the foot and right afterwards the complete rest of the foot to increase the area of contact, touch the ground gently not strike it, and most of all, bend the knee! Many friends of the author are portrayed, there’s some fun stories and Ken Bob shows a jolly sense of humor from time to time. Made me want to try barefoot running.
